Service and web site are excellent, took two weeks to receive my order.

The item itself is what I ordered however I ordered it and was told it shipped 2 days later. After not receiving it or any additional information 5 days later I had to make a few phone calls to the company. 10 days later it showed up but they had no idea where it was for the 10 day period. No sure who was at fault but after spending over $100 I think there should be a better way to track the items. UPS just said they never received it when I tried to track it thru them. In the end it all worked out.

Easy order. I give a 3 star because method of shipping is terrible. It took over 2 weeks to receive product and when I emailed about not receiving product after 10 days they did not respond to my email.

The order was incomplete. I received 13 bottles out of 14 that I ordered.

The ordering process and shipping time we’re exceptional. I placed the order on a Sunday, and received the product on Tuesday. However, the website promised free shipping on orders above $80. However, my one item that I ordered for $89.99, apparently did not qualify as the shipping cost was added to the total cost. I made a note of this when I place my order, but nothing was done to correct it.

I ordered a CPAP mask on a Friday. By the next weekend, I still hadn't received any updates regarding my order and the online summary said the order was still waiting fulfillment. I called in on Monday (10 days after I placed my order) and was finally told they were waiting on me to send them a copy of my ID so they could finish processing the order. It was a bit frustrating, as no one contacted me saying they needed my ID. Once I sent my ID in, I received my mask within 4 days. The packaging was great and secure, and the mask is exactly as described and works great.

Except for the following, the rating would have been 5 stars. 1. The product, as received, did not contain the CORRECT DC power adapter. Since it was not essential for for my weeks rental declined their offer to ship me the proper cable. 2. The rental offer indicated the G 3 would be shipped with the 8 cell battery. The item as received contained the 16 cell large battery. The G 3 worked perfectly with it.

I’m pleased with the purchase but not with the communication. I had to ask where my order was a week after the shipping notice was sent. Apparently, according to them, the manufacturer back ordered my machine. I’m not sure about the timing but in my experience they had enough time to notify me of the delay, before I asked.
