Put an order in 5 weeks ago, no delivery, no response from customer service. I just emailed their Customer@sales email address and got a response saying the mailbox cant be found! So basically I am down £95 with no trainers to show for it and no idea where I stand. Total joke.

Visited the No Bull website and location was set to "GB", all pricing was shown in £s. Stupidly, I assumed that this would also mean all shoe sizing was in GB sizes and not US. I ordered a pair of shoes in the sale and paid for delivery to GB. Ten days later the shoes arrived and were a US size 9, not a GB size 9. Strange that the website can change currency based on my location but not shoe size? Tried to sort a return via their returns hub and when I entered my order number, the hub kept informing me that there was no record of that order. I then had to start a chat session with Christian. Christian informed me that I had ordered US size 9 and this was what was shipped. There was no indication during the entire sales process where it was made clear that shoe sizes shown were all US and needed to be converted. Christian went on to tell me that because the shoes were purchased in the sale, I could not return them. So their mistake is now my problem. It's a shocking way to run a business and I won't be buying from them again. I would strongly recommend that you think seriously about using No Bull to buy your gym gear. I'm stuck with a very expensive pair of shoes that don't fit and I'm going to have to try and sell on (at a loss) via an auction site. Dreadful customer service and pretty low to shift the blame onto me rather than accepting the fact that their website was totally misleading.

Bear in mind of £12 flat return postage (for the international customers only). This is not stated anywhere in the website. From £42 paid I'll get £30 ... speechless. I will never buy again ...

Compré una camiseta junto a una sudadera las navidades del año pasado y con respecto a la durabilidad que prometen, es más que decente, por eso le pongo sus 3 estrellas, deseando ponerle 4. Sin embargo, parece que la camiseta (verde militar con logotipo simple) nunca repele ni aleja bien el sudor, dejando un olor a pescado podrido, que por mucho que uno se duche y asee con diligencia y rigor, todos los días que voy a entrenar salgo con este irremediable pestazo... Creo que la marca es buena, está bien, por eso desearía sugerencias sobre algún otro modelo que pueda probar porque aquí claramente falla el producto, no mi higiene personal y si no... pues bueno... ya iré al médico 😅 Saludos :))

Jeg har aldrig problemer med leveringer fra NOBULL. Kvaliteten er perfekt på t-shirts og toppe. Nogle gange kan størrelser være lidt off og lang leveringstid.

Nobull used to be a great brand - they sponsored CrossFit and their clothing and footwear was exceptionally popular... but it changed, literally overnight. Their website started listing footwear in GBP but US sizing so if ordering to the UK you end up with the wrong size shoes. It takes them at least 5 days to pick and despatch your orders, and then another 2 weeks for delivery. If you want to return anything you have to PAY them for it and wait another 8 weeks for any kind of resolution. Their customer service team are diabolical - unfriendly and unhelpful. Terrible terrible brand - avoid!

I have tried to order from NoBull Germany, but weeks later my shopping cart is still pending payment. Sent an email a week ago. No response.
