I ordered tee shirts from this company several times at regular price. They would advertise flash sales and I would always jump on them. I have an account with Nobull. But when I'd try to enter the discount code, it was like I was blocked from getting the discount. When I called in and the customer service person, they could never figure out why I couldn't get the code to work. By the time they got done "troubleshooting," it was always the same story: "Oh, sorry. We just sold out of your size." They even tried to take my order manually one time, but the same thing happened. So this time, when they sent out the mass email, I didn't hesitate a second. I ordered a pair of blue midnight knit runners I've tried to get now three times! This time, I GOT THEM! I was so happy to have an order placed. I even got a confirmation email. "Thank you for your order! We’re working hard to get it to you quickly and will send a Shipping Confirmation email with tracking details once it ships." They even gave me a $5 loyalty reward, which they took back! Over two weeks passed and I hadn't received them. I used the tracking link they sent, only to find out they had canceled them and refunded the purchase price. I have to think this is not coincidental; it's deliberate. For whatever reason, this company had blacklisted me from ordering from them, and I have no idea why. I got no notice from Nobull about the cancelation, no explanation, no apology. They just don't care. I'm donating my 18 Nobull tee shirts to Goodwill. I have never despised a company more.

Ive been a customer of Nobull for years. No longer. I live in the UK and every order i’ve placed in the last year has had delivery issues. Including my latest one. Every single one. When you contact customer service you get a bog standard response that doesnt actually help clear up the issue but just says “your parcel is still en route.” I remember when their customer service was top class. No more. I won’t be using them again.

Impossible to reach customer service for order assistance. Does not honor IDMe discount even though it’s all over the website. Sends out an initial $50 off first order, does not honor this either.

This review is not for nobull brand/shop but for “nobull project” on line shop. Scum, trainers never delivered, no customer service, had to raise a visa claim to get my money back. Do not touch with a barge pole!
