I was able to text and communicate with customer service. I did not have to waste time with an automative system that spun me in circles. With minimal effort on my part, customer service to my satisfaction resolved my issues. I will buy my next pair of shoes from them not just based on the fact that they sell quality shoes but also because they stand behind the high standard of quality if a customer is not satisfied.
