Great customer service

My package was stolen from my residence, and the only way to get in touch with customer service is through chat box. I talked to 3 different people each time I needed to get information on how to get my order replaced due to it being stolen! They were very quick to get back with me and also very kind each time! I was able to get them replaced and by it being the Holidays with crazy delivery, they shipped them to me with 2 business days! Thank you so much!

The best customer service! I received an order with a pair of final sale shoes that had inadvertently been incorrectly marked with the wrong size, both on the shoes and the box. I contacted customer service and provided them with the documentation and pictures of the wrong size they requested compared to a correct size and Janmar was able to offer a replacement including expedited shipping or refund for me. I'm a satisfied customer and will do business with NoBull again in the future.
