Highly Misleading since the Public Rec Merger. They advertised sneakers for sale at $99 ( I have screen shots) then when you go to pay it adjusts to $150). I at first thought it was a code issue but it’s not. The website is replete with issues like this. They also have a rather misleading “checkout and package protection fee” which is an obvious junk fee and to remove it you have to click on a tiny link below the checkout button. It has become so scammy I can’t even bring myself to order from them anymore as if I have to worry this much about how they are trying to screw me, it’s not really worth it. I’m surprised such a developed brand would resort to these desperate antics.

When my shoe broke after only a few months, I contacted customer service and let them know what happened. They were very kind and helpful, and sent a replacement pair out that day. Plus, the shoes are super comfortable, love them for working out and walking!

Love the gear. I have mutilple Nobull sneakers and are super comfortable. I recently placed an order and used my loyalty points. I had to cancel due to the wrong size being ordered. My points were replaced. Very satisfied with customer service’s response. And resolution, I’m a timely manner.

Excellent product and amazing support and customer experience

I had an issue with some shoes I had ordered a little while back so I decided if anything could be done. After speaking with customer service, they were very helpful and gave me a store credit toward a new pair! Very happy with my experience and I will definitely be a repeat customer going forward.

I had a somewhat complicated issue and Janel from customer service went through it diligently and solved it for me entirely. She has answered questions before and always takes time to research and explain what happened and why. She is outstanding!

Extremely efficient and helpful. Nobull is one of the few brands that has such a magnificent customer service- that's why I keep comin' back 🤗
