Wish I could give 0 stars. I ordered the shirt 1 month before Fathers Day. It didnt ship until 10 days later. Arrived after Fathers Day and the dig on the shirt wasn't ours! I reached out right away and customer service us terrible it takes the company nearly a week to respond to emails. They said they were sending a free replacement but its been over a month and no contact from the company. I reached out again and the said they were "waiting for the shipping to provide a tracking number" what the heck? I asked for a refund twice and will be contacting Visa to get my money back. Nearly 2 months and still no product

Placed an order an never received it. Don’t trust them. Send them several emails and they didn’t respond anymore

This has been an absolute nightmare using this company. I placed my original order at the beginning of May. It is now the middle of July and I still haven’t received it. This was supposed to be Father’s Day gift. The original issue was that the company was behind on orders. They emailed all of their customers and we could all see everyone’s email address. Other customers were emailing each other with complaints and asking for updates. Then it turns out my shirt got shipped to my “bill to” address instead of the “ship to” address. This is absolutely the company’s mistake. I triple checked it wasn’t my error. But no accountability from the company. Response times from customer service takes a long time. At this point, I just want a refund. It would still be nice to get the gift but it seems like a long shot.

They sent out an email including 30 customers giving away everyone’s personal information. When I emailed them regarding the email, as well as my order that I have not received after months, they basically just said sorry and good luck. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Received a proof over a month ago and havent had correspondence since !! Will be calling my credit card company !! Horrible !!! Crown and Paw was super efficient when we place an order . I actually thought i was on the crown and paw website when i placed my order. When i realized it wasnt I contacted my bank right away but had to wait atleast a month !!! Crown and paw is where its at people!! Dont use this company !!

I never got my order as promised.

Never received my item. Placed the order in May and it’s mid July! They say they are checking into it and don’t respond for a week. In the meantime they are still heavily advertising their products all over FB! There are MANY reviews like this, so buyer beware.

I would give 0 stars if I could. Just don't bother. It started out so well, they were so helpful and prompt. Then the delivery failed due to a mistake they made in labelling it. Now its sitting in a depot around the corner from my house but I can't have it because they have to send it back. The other shirt I ordered has not had the tracking updated at all so I have no idea where it is. And nobody from the company will get back to me. They've literally just ghosted me. The shirts were a birthday gift that is now too late. I don't know if I will ever receive the shirts. I feel like I may have just been robbed.
