The item received does not look like the approved proof. The face of the dog is zoomed in on the item received and is uneven on the 2 shoes. Also, shipment took 15 days instead of the 5-10 days promised.

I wish I could write an amazing review but I have yet to see my item that I ordered 34 days ago.

My package was meant to be for Christmas. It was ordered in plenty of time. I STILL have NOT received my shorts. I reached out to the company and was told it hadn’t yet been a MONTH since shipping. Very disappointing- there is still no update on where my delivery is or an offer of replacement and sending what I ordered since it is clearly lost!

I still have not received my order. Its been a month. I think the company needs to make shipping times more visible and upfront at checkout so you know even being in the united states it's going to be over a month before you receive your order instead of having to search for the information through out the site after weeks of not receiving your order.

Still haven’t received the shirt I ordered on 12/5

I am still waiting on my order that was placed nearly one month ago. My order was a Christmas gift and the tracking says it’s still in Jamaica Ny where it has been since Dec 21st. I have emailed customer service twice with no response until today. This email sounds like the order has been delivered. It has not.

Yikes. They sent a man’s sport shirt …I ordered a really big tee shirt to wear as a cover up for swim suit. In a different size. This was to be a gift & they are not responding. It’s not what I ordered. I approved the proof & my receipt clearly shows a tee shirt. This is crazy.

It’s been almost two months and I have not received my shirt. I’ve contacted the company several times and they’ve stated they are unsure of when I will receive it. I was only offered 50% refund. I’ve shared with them that I am moving from the address that the shirt is going to and that I would like a full refund and they are unwilling to do it. This is not a good company! Do not shop here!
