Nothing went wrong this time and would be willing to give a higher rating if I had not been shorted a garment. I ordered 15 garments over the last year and received 14.

They are not clear about product…
They are not clear about product delivery timing. The shipping timeframes they provide on-site do not include design and manufacturing times. They should really be more clear as customers should order months in advance to receive items at their desired time.

It took over a month to be delivered…
It took over a month to be delivered and the quality of the shirt material is laughable

Regarding the time frame, after you approve the design, the item will take 5-7 business days for production, 12-15 business days for US shipping, and up to 30 business days for international shipping. Due to the high volume of packages during peak season, the item might arrive a bit late. We are sorry that it cannot arrive as your expected days. Please kindly understand. The order never came in
The order never came in. E-mailed several times and customer service is nice but unfortunately no order.

The picture was very blurry
The picture was very blurry, a dull look. Not what I was hoping for. I would not recommend this service to anyone. Not for the price, not worth the value.

Picture I OKd wasn't what I received.
My silver grey poodle came out looking white and brown because the photo was so manipulated. It doesn't even look like her. The border collie pair are great, but not the poodle. I ordered these the beginning of September, expecting to get them in time for a regional dog event the end of Sept and then also a national event Halloween weekend. They didn't make it in time for the regional event and I don't have a pair to wear for her for the national event. Makes wearing the border collie pair also stupid. The pair I OKd were nowhere near the color of what I received. Yeah, really disappointed after a month of excitedly waiting for them.

Not the best quality material
The quality of the fabric of the shirt is poor. The rendered image of the shirt was great, but the actual finish was lacking. I'm giving 2 stars because my friend enjoyed it for sentimental reasons. For the price I expected much more. I did contact customer service explaining my disappointment. It took them over 3 days to respond.

So very disappointed
The images of my pets were good, but the fabric seems very cheap and is bigger than the guide measurements provided. I won’t ever buy another one. Sooo disappointed!
