Ordered 4 shirts. 2 have arrived. 2 have not. Have not received any response to my emails. Tracking parcel just says they are being prepared for shipping. It's been about 5 weeks. First 2 arrived about 2 weeks ago. Very disappointed.

Never received my order-tracking showed that package never left the company.

A nightmare of an experience! I realised i had got the sizing wrong within 20 mins of ordering. A had a lovely reply saying they would accommodate the size change... fast forward a few weeks and i get notification that my order is ready... the proofs look fab but the size is wrong. Eventually get notification that order has been sent but apparently takes a month to arrive! If i had known this at point of sale i wouldnt have bothered!

Never received my order. Been a few months now, and they just say they have delivered it, but no further effort to help than that. Very expensive to receive nothing. AVOID! - Edit - Received the below (in case they try to delete it): -—-—- Hi Robert, we apologize if you experience a delay in shipping. We sincerely apologize on behalf of our partner as well as the complicated Covid-19 regulation which caused the delay in international shipping. Thank you for trusting your pet with us. -—-—- Totally unhelpful response. Bye money! 💸💸💸🤡🤡🤡

Took forever to get order, when they claim it’s sent within 24 hours. So far have sent 6 emails and not one reply. Want to return because it got here so late and zipper sticks. Not good!!

The actual purchasing was fine but I still haven’t received my order yet so I don’t know what the quality is like of the item itself and because I wasn’t given a tracking number or anything I’m not able to find out where it is i’m just hoping that gets here soon or at all
