Never received item. Customer service is non existent. No phone number to call. Takes forever to receive a response through email and when you do get an answer it is just a generic email.

Ordered a shirt with a mailing address, then they said it shipped to the post office and provided the general USPS phone number with no tracking # and now customer service won’t respond. Total scam.

We have not received the shirt yet, or a response from Customer Service asking what has happened to it.

I have not received my item and it’s been a month. I am not happy at all. I would not recommend to anyone. Great idea but terrible execution

Purchased the shirt on 6/8. Did not “ship” until 6/15. It’s now July 1 and still have not received the shirt. Have emailed customer service twice and have not received any response. Would not do business with again.

Ordered well before Father’s Day. They said busy because of demand of that day. First said 5 business days now to 30 business days. I just disputed the purchase with my card because you can’t talk to anyone and emails give vague answers. Then got an update with Tracking number on 22nd and been sitting there ever since. No big deal it was for gag gift.

If I could give zero stars, I would. This is a terrible company to deal with. Do not order from them! Customer service is non existent. They only send standard replies to emails @ a week after customers get in touch. I ordered an item over 6 weeks ago. It never arrived. I’ve requested a refund. They’re telling me to be patient because it was shipped. The shipping facility says the item never arrived from the company. And they have no phone number available to contact them. Unscrupulous!

I ordered this product on May 25th. After several emails going back and forth. I finally received a tracking number. The number is bogus and shows the package never being shipped out. I have sent several emails that remain unanswered. I will dispute this charge.
