We truly appreciate your trust in us for both trades and purchases over the years, and we are glad our team could step in to make things right, especially with the rulebook issue. Even when a problem starts with the publisher, we believe in taking care of our customers and finding a solution that feels fair and easy. It is also great to hear that trading in your older games has helped give them new life with other gamers, that is one of our favorite parts of what we do.
