Bought the Gesture, very good chair, some much settings to tweak! Support answered quickly for a question. Every thing was good excepted the delivery, I had to call the delivery support to know that it was delayed... and the chair was delivered upside down.

Recently received my irder, which took exactly 3 weeks from placement to delivery. Very little visibility into the process, but I trusted the system would work for me (a bit more transparency would bring ease of mind). Mounting it was very easy and I could start using the product in less than 30 mins. Did a few adjustments and I am happy with the lumbar support and level of full back support.

Very good purchase. The chair is very good, as expected. Delivered fast and up to the 6th floor by stairs. Couldn't be better.
