Also know as Buy Direct & Save! Full on scammers!!!! Total waist of time. Bought a canon 5ds r, from them at newegg, they created a ship label and never send the item, contact them they asked me for more 1500 usd for the same product. Also made me wait a long time in the phone call too. Had to ask for a refund at newegg (hopefully I get the refund)! 3 weeks lost... -Response to the reply. The reply is a total lie. njaccessory.com that uses the name Buy Direct & Save, does not even exist at newegg anymore, I imagine got banned for scamming people. Also, I did not receive any refund only got a "Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)" for me to return the item that they never send. Another trick from njaccessory.com to avoid giving the refund... 2nd Reply update More lies I didn´t even used the credit card for this purchase I have used paypal. This go-to show what kind of ethics this seller has. Also I have not had any account frozen as for the seller "Buy Direct & Save" it does not exist anymore in the newegg marketplace, if are reading this you can go to newegg and search for this seller, you won't find him, this the empirical prove for people reading this.

I recently made a purchase online a Sony w800 camera call to find out why money had not been taken out of my account yet after 2 weeks talk to an employee named Max I apologize for the delay but let me know that my order would be here and it would be taken care of him because of my patients that he would include a few gifts for me for free well Max not only sent me a case a memory card he also had it delivered FedEx 2 day shipping cannot say enough great things about this company the price was $40 less than anyone else online this veteran is very happy and will continue doing business with this Long Island family owned business go USA. I order a 5DSR on 12/23/2020. When I placed in the order, they told me they have it in stock. I came to find out they did not have in stock. They told me to wait for another 3 weeks, it will arrive. Today 01/25/2021 at 8:30 AM, I called again to find out about my order status. The guy I stock with said they didn’t have in stock, and I have to wait another 2 to 3 weeks. I asked for a full refund. I was very disappointed at their customer service. It was a complete waste of time.

Max is great, correspondence with NJA could improve.

I placed an order to buy a $3,000 camcorder with these guys and paid $99.90 expedited shipping. I also called them to verify they had the product in stock before placing the order. The company didn't provide any tracking info and wouldn't email it to me. I called them to see the status 4 days after the product was supposed to be delivered. Turns out, they didn't have the product in stock and needed another 3 weeks to deliver it. I also discovered the product was a grey market version of the product and if I wanted a USA version it was another $1000. Basically, they are about $500 more than buying it from Amazon, plus they wanted payment via Venmo. This company is a bait and switch company. Near as I can tell, they're great prices are not the products you think they are and it you want a none grey market version, they are substantially more expensive than buying on Amazon. Buy at your own risk."

great site with a real support service! I had an erroneous Payment twice, but the guys helped to sort it out. My camera came on time. new, perfectly packed. I am very satisfied with this site! I recommend it now to all my photographer friends !!
