Good product

First I will start with the good. The price I paid for the product was great. No shipping charges or sales tax added to the savings. The product arrived in fine shape and was exactly what I ordered. The follow-up once the product shipped was great too. However, when I first placed the order, there was no confirmation email to let me know the order was received or any expected shipping date. My credit card was charged immediately but no correspondence until shipping, over two weeks later. Customer service did not answer any telephone calls, respond to recorded phone messages or answer emails sent to them regarding the status of the order. I would have canceled the order had not the credit card company suggested I wait a couple weeks. Glad I waited, just work on your customer service.

I didn’t receive a USB cord nor an audio video usb cord with my Nikon D3200 camera. All other accessories were included but I wanted to make videos for online use.

Although I did not like the camera I purchased, I was able to return it and get a credit towards the camera I DID want. Customer service did try to accomadate me and ultimately, I got the camera I really wanted. If you are nice to people, they are nice back. Thanks to the guys!

Hi so here are positives. 1. small family business 2. call and get a live ref here in the states 3. free & fast ship negatives and they should improve 1. somewhat long hold times 2. they may ship on multiple shipments as in my case. 3. address buyers concerns quickly all in all good experience, good price and i'm happy. good luck jeff

They could be a bit quicker on response times, but I am satisfied otherwise (my issue was resolved in the end). 4 Stars seems fair for the timing issue.
