My family love the Nissan Altima, we 7 currently in my family alone. But our local dealership in Enid , OK repair shop is not up to par. What does an appointment mean if you have to wait several hours for routine oil change? I'm seriously thinking about not buying a Nissan just because of the service department.

Don't buy nissan ever again
I have owned ,Sentra, maxima,, pathfinder, quest van, and then I also Bought the 2011 leaf new " car of the year ". By 56500 miles it's falling apart and completely worthless piece of trash .
I will never buy or trust Nissan again and I pledge to discourage all others that consider buying one.
Just a terrible company now a days.

I purchased a used 2016 Nissan Versa…
I purchased a used 2016 Nissan Versa approximately three years ago from a Mazda dealership on Rt 18 in New Jersey. All the proper documentation was provided. My bad as it clearly turned out not to be enough. It turned out the car had a bad right wheel bearing. Paid accordingly to have it repaired. Well here I am now with a five year old Nisan Versa with a bad transmission. I'm told it's just out of warranty and as such Nissan won't cover the replacement. Five years to me for a bad transmission seems premature. Your thoughts are welcomed and appreciated.

Nissan of Buena Park
Nissan of Buena Park, Ca (HGREG) and Nissan Puente Hills CA.f i can give a negative star for this dealership i will .. typical bait and switch dealership i went to check out a car that suppose to be held for me and i offer to make a downpayment the night before the salesman said to come in. Came in no car and they offer me another used car which i am not in the market for. Note Puente hills Nissan is the sister company of this dealership and also a bait and switch dealership they have an ad of the same car which is already sold and it is still posted on their website. I will give these people a negative negative star plus a finger will not recommend to anyone.

On March 27th - Sold car to Nissan of Sacramento - 6 weeks, still owed $20,726.67
On March 27th, 2021 Nissan of Sacramento purchased my 2019 Toyota Avalon XLS, VIN: 4T1BZ1FB3KU015631, for a price of $24,700. Nissan of Sacramento paid off the existing lien with Golden1 for $3,973.33 leaving a balance of $20,726.67. To date, after six weeks (on Saturday May8th), I have not been paid the balance no matter how many times I contact them.

Well maintained... Broke down at 65K
I bought my 2016 Nissan Sentra brand new on August 2016. Since purchase, it had a lot of quality issues. Currently what's plaguing it is electrical wiring issues... What a sham. I'm still paying for the car and warranty is 5K out, and it breaks down. The car was such a hazard that the engine just shut off while driving. Then nothing worked. All the modules such as power steering, lights, brakes, ABS, etc. stopped working. I really don't need this in my life to spend more on something that shoulden't be having issues. Like I said, my car is pretty well maintained.
From when I first bought this car, this car always had airbags issue. It was recalled quite a few times, which I doubt anyone even worked on this car. Whenever I have passengers, the "airbag off" light is still on, assuming if I were to crash my passenger would be a bye-bye. I don't even believe my airbags would work. This is how little confidence I have in this lemon..

Honesty is NOT their best policy.
Honestly, if I could rate this with zero stars, I would. I have purchased 2 brand new Nissans, neither one lasting more that 40k miles with their CVT transmissions. Brought the car to multiple dealerships between 2 and 4 years of owning the cars. I expressed my concerns with the safety of the vehicle. Nissan only cares about your money, not the safety of an unsuspecting driver. The car will progressively get worse as times goes on and they will deny the fact that their scanner "throws any transmission codes." What's funny is that any other non-nissan mechanic would quickly diagnose the vehicle with a transmission problem. Prepare to be going 65+ on the highway when your vehicle suddenly dies and you are left with an ever-lasting car payment, ONTOP of paying for a "REFURBISHED" transmission, as Nissan will put off any safety concern of yours until it is JUST out of warranty. Please do not make the same mistake I did, take your money and your family's safety and go ANYWHERE ELSE. Do your research diligently, as you will find MANY lawsuits regarding these transmissions under Nissan. Do not fall for their untrustworthy scams, they do NOT honor their word, their motto, or any of the crap they use to sell you these LEMONS. Sadly, you will be faced with a higher up who sits at a desk all day, definitely DOESN'T drive a Nissan, and could give a crap less about your argument, your financial situation, or your safety, so long as he/she is getting paid to screw you.
