So easy to order and reorder! Excellent customer service!

I placed an order on December 4th and tried to add a second item, but it wouldn’t allow me to use the leather patch design on that order. Therefore, I had to place a second order instead; however the system would not allow me to use my discount code. I called In and spoke with Andres. He resolved the issue for me promptly. He was excited that I chose Ninja patches and wished me luck with my brand. Much appreciated. 🤗🤗🤗

Victor was great to work with, answered all my questions, even calmed my concerns by waiving the $19 pre production fee. Will be back to order more in the future!

TLDR and update at bottom: Dealing with Ninja has been nothing short of a nightmare. I spent close to $500 on circular patches, and they couldn't have been worse quality. They inverted the image from what they had shown in the proof, none of the patches were circular. Each patch looked like it had been cut out with scissors. roughly half of them had significant burn marks on their face. and many of the patches had large wrinkles. The customer service is absolutely horrendous, every day its a new person talking to me and they never are on the same page. They sent me new proofs that looked horrible so I requested a refund, I was only told I could have a 20% refund. They REFUSED to refund me for selling me crap now they are trying to remake the patches however the new mock-ups still look pretty bad. They informed me that they will NOT be remaking the patches no matter what after this attempt. This company is 100% a scam and needs to be stopped. EDIT: after posting this review the director of sales (Victor) immediately reached out to me to try and rectify the situation, he was actually rather helpful and offered to remake the patches and give me a 50% refund and guaranteed that if they didn't come out right again he would refund me the rest of the money. About a week later I got the new patches, they looked pretty good buy did not have the velcro backing on them that I had ordered. I emailed Victor and he immediately sent me the full refund. Overall my experience with this company has been one star as they completely failed to deliver twice. However, my experience with victor was excellent as he seemed to be the only person that really cared about the end product, and he promptly delivered on his promise to refund me if there was any issue. TLDR: Got bad patches, asked for refund, got denied, dealt with terrible customer service. wrote bad review, got a call from the director of sales, got 50% refund and new patches, new patches were bad, got rest of refund.

I went here because it was the fastest option and I was on a timeline. Patches arrived on time. No 2 were the same, missing threading, stains on about half of them, none were the correct size or round, not 1 was according to proof. After a lot of back and forth they agreed to fix. Version 2 arrived with much better quality but the colors were all wrong (navy blue was baby blue, dark red was blood red, they got the white right). After crazy making emails in which they said it was my fault because I approved the proof they issued a partial refund. Customer service appalling. They will not make it right, regardless of what they say. I now have twice as many patches as I ordered, none of them usable and my uniforms are going out the door with no logos on them. Kicking myself for going cheap. I have used the following companies in the past with great results: Moo, The Studio, Stahls, StickerMule. UPDATE: I did receive a call, but your response to this review is only a way to save face. I have shared about 20 emails with your company and the situation is well known. You are welcome to issue a full refund but I am not wasting time calling you back to explain a situation that is very clear and with much photo evidence.

I ordered from Ninja Patches and once the order came in, almost every patch had an issue. The boarder thread color didn't match the embroidery in the center, the registration was crooked on a bunch of them, some had fraying thread that must have been cut when they were cut out, and others had what looked like "runs" in the face of the patches. When I reached out to them, they offered a 20% discount on the order or to remake the patches. Becasue I don't have another 3 weeks for new ones, I asked them about the 20% discount. Thats when they told me they honor it on the NEXT purchase. I have no intentions of buying anything from them again. Buyers BEWARE.

I've had questions and I've gotten answers as well as great info and advise from customer service. Ninja Transfers Customer Service is 2nd to none!
