The patches were delivered with only three weeks turnaround. Customer service was excellent, and the patches were very reasonably priced. There were some very minor defects on some of the patches, but overall they were well made.

Erin resolved my issue with applying tax exempt status which allowed me to make the purchase. Without doing so, I would not have been able to make the purchase and would have had to look elsewhere. Erin then proceeded to answer my other questions, being that I am a new customer. I am looking forward to the patches and hope to order more when they arrive.
