No merchandise
Terrible.... I paid for my purchase (around $500), but never received it... don't know how to contact these folks. I'm not a happy camper... AT ALL!

Hi Frederick. Thank you for your feedback. You placed your order for an item which has not been released yet and was sold as a pre-order. That is the reason you have not received it and this was clearly stated in the item description as well as noted to you via email after the order. in terms of contacting us, we provide several phone numbers (including toll free) as well as email and fax on our website. We also sent you several notification after the order via email updating you on the status of the order so you could have replied to any one of them. And as you can see we even reached out for your feedback. Your money is always available to you for a refund as long as the items have not been shipped. I will ask one of our sales representatives to reach out to you today to figure out how to proceed with the order.

Dishonest
Renigged on the offer that they posted, and would not honor the deal. Won't bother them again.

For your benefit as well as for any other future customers, you can always escalate such issues to our management. It is not a guarantee but most of the time you will get your issue resolved in your favor. With an internet business offering thousands of SKUs it is inevitable that mistakes are made in pricing. When this happens we typically honor the bad price as long as it is within a reasonable margin of loss for us. Once again, I apologize that this did not happen in your case and I encourage you to give us another chance. Night cision scope fraud
their employees go through the night vision scopes and pick the ones without any flaws in the intensifier tubes. My box was opened and sold to me as new and had a huge flaw. Now what were the odds of that happening. If i were you i would buy from optics planet instead all boxes from there are sealed.

Hi Marcus. Thank you for taking your time to leave us a feedback. It is important for us to hear from our customers. I reviewed your orders. What i found is that your scope was shipped directly from Armasight back on 4/6/2014 along with a free t-shirt. As you can imagine OUR employees do not go through boxes at the manufacturer's facility. We will be happy to provide this feedback to Armasight, however, to make sure that when they ship products they are packaged properly. Additionally you should note that the odds of having imperfections in a Gen 1 scope are very high. This is an older technology and has it's limitation but offers affordable price point.
