Quality of item received
Armasight has always delivered when it comes to their products. The thermal scope I ordered was no exception. It had all the features one would expect, and I was able to enjoy using it for several weeks. Depending upon future circumstances, I plan to purchase from Armasight in the future.

Hi Brenden. Thank you for your feedback. I went back to see what might have caused this issue you described. Based on our records you placed the order back on Feb 3rd 2015, promising to mail in a check, but never did so. We hope you would agree that it is unrealistic for you to expect us to ship product before we receive a payment. Based on this it would only be fare if you removed your review and at least gave us a chance to process your order before you rate us.

Always Good for Me
It seems so many people I run into tend to tell me go to @@@this other place@@@ for my NV gear to get the best price, but NightVisionGuys always (2 purchases) has given me the best price by anywhere from 1 hundred to around 5 hundred less. And they know their stuff as good as anyone. Honestly, it's not soooo much about price either. Even if it were exactly the same price as the other guys, NVG has been good to me. I always end up having to wait for my purchase but, for the most part, that's the deal anyway with NOD. The quality stuff is manufactured to order as I understand... At least the good stuff is. I'll use them again, and probably every time for NV gear.

Excellent sales and shipping and support
Items were shipped quickly as were the questions asked. Steven B. answered a number of questions and even researched when needed. NVGuys get 5 start. I had to send the Armasight NVGs in for service as the switch covers fell off of both units, apparently this really matters. After promises of a quick turnaround (few days) and me sending it out express mail, it ultimately took 3 weeks to get the unit back. When they came back many new specs were visible in both units. This is an Armasight issue though not NVGuys. NVGuys did all that you can ask for and I will be back in the future, great company.

Hi Erik. Thank you for your honest feedback! It is very important for us to hear about these issues in retrospect to try and make improvements for the future. Unfortunately with the return/service process everything is at the hands of the manufacturer as we are simply a re-seller. We try to do our best at managing the process and pushing them to expedite any service for our customers, but it does not always work. To have better control over the process we even changed the process by asking customers to ship returned products to us and we ship it to the manufacturer to make sure we have full control of the delivery dates. This costs us extra in shipping costs, but we are hopeful that this will improve the process. With that in mind, we hope you will trust us with your future business.

NIGHT VISION GUYS ROCK!
I took a LOT of time shopping and researching, and ended up buying a Armasight Spark Multi-purpose night vision monocular CORE Technology Ceramic and a Armasight IR810W Wide Angle Adjustable Infrared Illuminator with IRAV adapter for Avenger. The fellow on the phone (with the slight Eastern? European accent) was VERY knowledgeable and patient of an old mans "20 questions," and he disabused me of some misconceptions I had. Long story short, I have been prepping since 1981, and I am here to tell you: THESE ARE THE GOOD GUYS AND YOU CAN TRUST THEM!

Very happy with these folks service.
Ordered a very popular scope that was back ordered for weeks. By the time inventory hit the scope ordered had been upgraded significantly...got updated scope for original price with excellent customer service....these folks honestly care about their customers.
