I purchased a pulsar Apex thermal scope and a Pulsar Quantum thermal monocular from these guys. Felix called the next business day and said that the LCD model of the Apex I ordered had been back ordered. I told him I had hoped to have it before the weekend and he found me the better Quality OLED version for only a slight dollar increase (especially considering the $800-$1000 increase between the two models) and it was shipped the very next day. I am always willing to pay extra for good quality, but these guys offer both the best quality and lowest prices of anybody I've seen.

I made an enquiry via their website about an exportable ATN night scope and received a prompt reply from Felix explaining the process involved. He gave me a great deal on the item and was very helpful and informative. I received great communication throughout the whole purchase. I would definitely recommend Felix and Night Vision Guys for all your NV needs.

I had a problem with a thermal vision powering up. With Mr.Teper help with in 2 hours armasight was calling me with an rma # can't ask for any better support. I will be doing more business with night vision guys.

I contacted NightVisionGuys and made an offered them a price on an Armasight Zeus scope and recorder that a competitor was advertising it for. Felix accepted it and worked after hours to help me complete the order quickly and set up rush shipping. The manufacturer had a production delay so I had to wait for the unit to be completed. In the meantime Felix refunded the shipping charge and continued to keep me notified of it's progress so I would know the day it would arrive at my door. The scope was better than expected but the recorder had a glitch in it. Felix secured a RMA for me to return it. Nice after the sale service. Thanks! David

Ok to start with these guys answered all my questions fully and quickly 10/10 The delivery from USA to UK and communication was 10/10 The product I purchased was the armasight drone pro x10 and I've have to say I have used lots of NV in the past and it's been poor the drone is easy to zero and easy to use with amazing shooting results so far. Thank you to all of you will be back for more soon 10/10 keep it up!
