Although my experience started off shaky. Felix did everything in his power to accommodate me. There are high expectations of service, value, and quality that come w/ products that cost this much. Although the product I ordered seemed to be defective, Felix worked with me and got me taken care of. I will try them again, when I am ready for my next investment.

After a small problem, the sales dept was able to work it out and complete the process. Everything worked out in the end and I would use them again in the future. Thanks.

probably as much bang per buck as you can get on things in that price range for a hands free device with a solid head mount range which are very clear at the focal point but quite limited range (perhaps 20 to 25 feet max as sold) and narrow focal zone requires you to adjust if you are in motion (or cope with a large zone of very fuzzy image). Without passive IR boost the devices integral IR illuminator is useless outdoors or beyond a few yards.. Some day soon, I will pull my illuminator over from another optic and see how much better (if any ) that is oitside at night.

Hi voicomp. Thank you for your detailed feedback. If you could please provide details of what item you purchased so other customers can relate your words to the specific product. Also, would be fantastic if you could note a couple of words of your experience with our store.

The product was exactly what I wanted and was able to save about $20. The process and shipping could be improved. It took two weeks before my order shipped. I place the order on 9/8 and received the shipping email on 9/16. Then received the product around 9/22. I hoping to get sooner but I'm very happy with the product.

Thanks Russ! Just so future readers have more context, your review is about Armasight XLR-IR850 long range illuminator. We do apologize for the delay. Items which we have ready for same day shipping are typically marked as such. Others may be on backorder or require assembly. In this case the illuminator was on backorder. Either way, thank you once again for your business and we hope to do more soon.

Found the experience to be satisfactory. However, I did need to return product for repair and promised return time was late.

Hello Mr Musser. Thank you for your feedback. You are not the first person to complaint about the returns. We have taken some steps recently to control the process better. However, at the end of the day it is in the hands of the manufacturer to inspect and then replace or repair the product. We do our best to expedite this process for our customers but we have only so much leverage. Thank you for your business and hopefully on your next purchase there will be no need to deal with returns.

Fast shipping to Canada, once export paperwork is completed.Disappointed that nv guys don't ship rifle mount for nv monocular to Canada, because of export restrictions from Sate dep.Anyway Spark works good, clearer than my second gen. night vision purchased here in Canada, but not as bright as second gen. Only other thing ,on/ off switch is a little loose and does not seem as robust as rest of the unit. However overall good piece of kit. also bought long range ir light works well, adjustable, rechargeable, see out to 500 yards and beyond,Head gear for spark works once properly adjusted to users head. Also worth mentioning was the best price online, even with dollar difference at time of purchase,33cents on the dollar and Canadian taxes. it was still cheaper than buying in Canada. Also long range ir light was not offered here in Canada.

Hi Daniel. Thank you for your feedback. As you said, some of the regulations limit what we can offer to our Canadian customers. We suffer from this limitation as much as the customers. However, rules are rules and we have to abide by them. You made a great choice with the Armasight Spark. It is a great value for the money.

Nightvisionguys provided good quality service to his customers not only in US but foriegn counteries as well. The opinion and advise opened for the NVG products to the customers are factual and useful. With the help of their staff, I managed to buy two NVGs with good deal prices. It is really a worth-trusted on line store.
