This appeared to be a scam. After spending over $2400, I got an email that my order was placed for the night vision goggles, with a "3rd day insured" shipping method. 4 days later, I emailed them and asked for a status. Felix replied that there was a delay with the manufacturer for that unit. I had NO idea the goggles weren't in stock, when I spent the $2400, but I asked for options. I got NO reply. I found NVG on Facebook, and sent a message. Still, no reply. I also left several voice messages that were NEVER returned. After posting my initial review, Felix finally returned my call, and explained it was a misunderstanding, and not NVG's fault. But, any company that condones these practices is not a company I want to do business with.

Didn’t do what they said, could not reach anyone at any number at any time very suspicious

I had ordered a thermal monocular for export (zone 0) which was advertised to be shipped within 24 hours, I waited for a week before contacting the seller, I've been told that there is an issue with the forms required for the item to ship. I checked the forms multiple times and resent them just to get the same response. After a while the seller responded by saying "sorry it takes a lot of time to ship this to canada" I asked for a clarification and was met with silence. Later I got contacted again and told that the issue is again within the required documents (export compliance for said item) I filled the form - this time after the seller pointed out the "problems" and sent it back. After another week of communication attempts from my side I've been told that the item would ship "tomorrow". This never happened and any attempts to reach the seller in the following week were met with silence. with the approaching end of my PayPal buyers protection (and after multiple requests to get a refund that were met with promises that the item would ship soon. which I forgot to mention before) I decided to resolve the problem with PayPal and opened a dispute. After 7 days of the seller failing to respond to PayPal I was automatically refunded. This is my experience with nightvisionguys, I don't know if in my case the problematic part was the exportation of the product after all I tried to ship to Canada not Iraq. I would not advise anyone to try and export anything via this site despite there being a tab dedicated to export of products.

Been trying to call in and ask questions and buy a thermal scope. But no one ever calls back. Guess I'll take my business elsewhere.

I went by the positive experience of a friend to buy a pretty expensive unit from this company/person. I spoke with him and was pretty underwhelmed in both knowledge and price, but my friend assured me that it was worthwhile for his ‘customer service’. He threw in overnight shipping, and long story short there was a ‘labeling issue’ which means he gets that shipping money back and i get to wait until after i needed the device. When i emailed, he essentially sent a ‘you’re out of luck’ one-liner email. No follow up on the expensive package I’ve yet to receive, nothing. That’s just plain awful and would highly recommend shopping elsewhere - especially if you’re a municipality in a bid award situation.

I am a NH Gunsmith and hunter called them on the phone for info on thermal we are getting tired of IR with digital ect. looking into thermal units I spoke with Felix and was far from impressed with his ability or non willingness to inform a potential customer ..very much had the dont bother me attitude .... I dont get it if you dont like what your doing then don't do it !!

Been waiting over a year and a half and still have not received them yet. Would be glad to give you an review if you would send them to me!!!

I found a good price on Hawke binoculars but after ordering and paying, I was sent an email stating that the item I ordered was over sold and I would not be able to get the item. They attempted to sell me a night vision product instead before finally agreeing to give me a refund.
