Night Vision GuysReviews of nightvisionguys.com

Night Vision Guys are an awesome reputable distributor for your night vision needs. Everything from product to customer service to fast shipping was bar none. I utilized their text message option for communication and they always responded promptly. Unfortunately I received the wrong tube by accident on my initial delivery but rest assure since their service is so good there’s zero loops to jump through they make the process so simple, I reached out they apologized and they had the next day air return label sent to me in a day and after they received that tube back in California! I had my new tube in hand in New Jersey a day later, phenomenal! 10 out of 10 thanks for the great experience I’ll be sure to recommend to my friends in the market.

So I purchased an item off of the marketplace. I had a few questions about the image tube and the President of the company not only reached out but also sent me an image of the spot on the tube. The communication, shipping, and price were outstanding. When I received my order less than a week later I texted the afformention Pres and he responded within 15 mins. I high recommend this company.

Great all around experience. Felix was a wonderful and professional!

I wish I could leave more stars!! I purchased a PVS-14 along with hardware to attach to a helmet or a picatinny rail. I was able to chat with their support via text message to select compatible equipment that met my criteria. Their customer service is some of the best I’ve ever experienced, and the equipment I received is excellent. I will most certainly be purchasing from Night Vision Guys again!! UPDATE: I have spent several hours using this PVS-14 in the field. I am extremely happy with the image quality and battery life. The helmet adapter and arm they recommended are well made. The pivot function is simple, intuitive, and secure. It fits a little loose in my helmet point (Hard Head Veterans bump helmet), but easily solved with a little closed cell foam behind the mount.

Leaving a review about Night Vision Guys on behalf of their excellent customer service. As a relative novice to both the world of NV and thermal, I can confidently say that they will steer you right. In particular Felix, whom I've had much communication with. Felix has gone above and beyond with regard to keeping me updated on my purchases, answering my questions, working with me to facilitate difficult orders, and educating me regarding the nuances of certain devices in comparison with others. I can't say enough how thankful I am for his help. In addition to this, after receiving a few products from them I can say they offer great equipment with impeccable performance. The night vision device I received came standard with a data sheet and as advertised, with extra equipment I was not privy to receiving prior to my purchase. No blems or issues noted after running it a few hours. In general all I can say is that I'm exceedingly impressed with the service and devices Night Vision Guys offer.

If you’re in the market for night vision, I'm gonna do you a huge favor and save you a ton of time. Just go straight to Night Vision Guys. They are simply the best. Best prices. Best Service, Best Selection. The nvg market is competitive and they really do set them selves apart from the rest. I just received my nvgs in the mail today. Right after they upgraded my shipping from standard shipping to next day air. For no reason other than to put a huge smile on my face. And let me tell you it worked. I saved a ton of $ going with these guys and I think you will too. Just check them out and you’ll see what I mean

Absolutely fantastic customer service, answered all my questions quickly and respectfully and taught me a lot. And you can not beat the quality for the price, the military spec 3rd Gen NVG I bought from them would have been thousands more anywhere else and thus this was the only place I could afford them.

I recently purchased a thermal scope from NVG and received the best service from them. My questions/concerns were answered very quickly (within minutes of sending an email). Felix was extremely helpful and patient with me while I figured out my issue. Thank you Felix and the NVG Team for helping me out. Definitely will be back.
