Very good company to work with, shipped my thermal overnight which was nice. Felix was very patient with me, even though I hounded him a lot lol. Felix was very prompt at returning my e-mails. The only reason I gave them a 4 and not a 5 is because they never answer the phone and I hate corresponding via e-mail, but thats just me. I would highly recommend them and look forward to doing business with them again.

I am new to thermal and was looking for Flir & new nothing. I heard that they were armasight & I tried for days to call Flir & then armasight. Then I got hold of night vision guys and could not get any real response to contact with them by phone or email. I was ready to give up & Then Felix got involved and he was very patient and helped answer all my questions and eventually I bought the predator 336 -60 hz. It had some unforseen shipping problems & again Felix fixed it and I am absolutely satisfied. I run a range www.Gunsitehills and I teach classes Daily & plan to utilize it for training and maybe a dealer for them in the future..
