I bought a Apollo pro 640 was supposed to be new but I don't think it was it was missing multiple accessories the batteries were dead took almost a month for someone to call me back so they wouldn't take it back.When they called me back after I left a message and told them that my lawyer will be calling if they didn't call me back they finally called me tried to tell me that they didn't get any messages from me I pulled it up and told him all the dates and message I sent then he said he saw them.After looking at other reviews looks like im not the only one they screwed around.Not sure how someone that screws everyone around can stay in business. They suck I wouldn't buy anything from them beware

If you order, be prepared for a long wait and disappointment. I ordered a simple shotgun scope from this site. After a few days I finally heard from them about completing an export compliance form, which I did. I received an email response saying they got it. After about a week more, I received yet another export compliance form to fill out - the same one I already filled out. I emailed them with a question (because they won't answer a phone) but had to wait for a few days for a response which basically said they didn't understand my question. A few days later, I decided to fill out the export compliance form differently and submitted it. I guess they liked that one since they emailed back and said everything looked good and that I would receive an email with a tracking number once it was shipped. A few more days of waiting and I emailed them again asking about the status of my order. They couldn't understand my frustration with waiting over 3 weeks at this point to just get a scope in the mail. They also said "Your order is expected to ship no later than tomorrow." Yeah right. 2 days later I still had not heard anything so I emailed AGAIN. Here is part of the response "You're not going to want to hear this, but by the time we processed the order the manufacturer ran out of stock. The eta per them is in about one month." I canceled the order. To say I am disappointed with these guys would be an understatement. Never will visit this site again.

Ordering thousands of dollars worth of gear and not getting the support needed to make sure it’s all correct is frustrating. I placed one call to Ultimate Night Vision and they were able to answer all my questions in less than 5 min and give me a list of EXACTLY what I needed to accomplish my hunting goals. Not sure if these guys just sell the products but knowing what they are for and selling is important. Returning all and going to go with a company that is going to look after my needs. Best part, “pay for your own shipping back” will not recommend them to anyone and will also be posting this review across multiple platforms.

Untrustworthy and Lack of Communication Night Vision Guys will take your money and then never return your emails. When I tried to find out when or if my order was shipped I was met with silence. Three emails later and it looks like I am going to have to make a police report and file a fraud claim with Mastercard. Total boiler room operation. There are plenty of other more respectable operations out there I should've gone with. I knew the price was too good to be true! Definitely learned my lesson with this website.

Horrible lack of response by phone and email both. If you want to spend money and then wonder for weeks if you'll ever get your product, that's what you get here. Then after calling and emailing many many times for a week, learn that the product you ordered and paid for is not available, that's what you get here. Then selecting a second option and wait another week or two to only be ignored and then refunded without a word. That's was my waste of time experience with this company. Seems like it's a one man show, in over his head.

Round 2 with the guys, and it's more of the same! No communication, orders delayed and delayed and delayed. I deleted my first one star review but this one ain't coming down. This appears to some kind of a run from the basement outfit. Never a live person over the phone and always the run around!

Placed order on September 24, it’s November 4 now and still no shipment details. Probably because it hasn’t shipped. Unacceptable.

They took 3 weeks to refund $2800 for a item that was no longer even made. I called several times, used there website message several times.,.,,.. no responses from them.
