I went hunting with a friend and they had the scope on the rifle. I loved it so much that when I return home I purchased the scope. After about two weeks of no reply after I make a purchase I started calling and emailing. After a few emails I finally got a response. My scope is approximately 30 days out and the sales team offered me the upgraded version the XP 50 but I would have to pay the difference in price. I decided to stick with my original purchase and a few days later my scope is built and sent overnight. I was very impressed with the back-and-forth emails after the initial rough start.

Review update from March 1st. Trust pilot says I have (0) reviews and I've attempted several times to edit my original. Probably doing something wrong but I'll just do another! Long story short, I ordered a pulsar trail xq50. Over two weeks later I was told on the phone, they were not sure if they would even get any xq's, since they had been discontinued. This wouldnt have been a big deal to me had I received this news promptly after the order was placed. I toyed around the idea of moving to a xp38. Decided to go that route. Turned out, I waited to along and they were sold out.. So, I ended up going with a thermion xp50. NVG expedited my order to over night shipping. 4 days after ordering it was delivered! So far, I have been delighted with the product! Battery life is not astounding.. the trails are much better. Not a big deal just a fun fact. Sorry again to NVG to any miscomunication on my part. The product arrived in a timely manner (after all else was sorted out) and it works great! It's less than two weeks old and has put coyotes in the truck already! Better communication next time would be appreciated. $#!t happens, I get it. Its black hot from hear on out! Thanks guys.

The buying process was easy.

very easy to order everything you have to do can do from phone don’t have to print out paperwork and send it back to them

Good prices, will order from again!!

I originally ordered a Pulsar thermal but Felix emailed me and explained the amount of time required to get the scope and suggested alternatives that were available and priced in the same range. Good communication and fast shipping.

After several attempted calls with no call back. I was finally able to get Felix who I highly recommend asking for. He went out of his way to help me with questions and tracking information. I would not hesitate to use them in the future. I have not had a chance to to use my mememisis x6 HD yet but I will update. THANKS
