Night Vision GuysReviews of nightvisionguys.com

PVS-14 gen3 white phosphor. I gotta say my whole experience with Night Vision Guys was excellent. I have been searching for a quality PVS14 for awhile. I had experience with the Army issue gen3 Green phosphor and was originally going to go with one of those, but after doing allot of research I'm so happy I decided on the WP. The clarity of the tube is amazing! I read some of the other reviews about how their customer service was lacking or non existent but when I sent a msg asking a few questions they responded within an hour. They truly have upped their customer service game and that's why I chose them over their competitors. Once I placed my order and filled out the non-export form I was informed my order would ship within 4 days. It did and arrived 3 days after that. Since I've been waiting 3+ months for other tac gear this was really surprising. If you are serious about getting Night vision, talk to their team. They are very friendly and knowledgeable and their prices are on par with other sites.

Best prices on the ATN scope I'm been wanting for a while. The amount of products and the quality is second to none.

I called before I ordered online and Felix took the time to go over everything question and concern I had.

The purchase process was as easy as it gets! Thank you.

For a long time I could not decide on the choice of a sight in this store, a very large selection. I searched 7 sites, but I could not find anything suitable. But here each item is detailed in a convenient form when ordering. Thank you, I will definitely recommend to my friends!

This is a great place to do business. They have a very good selection and great payment options.

I was in the market for a pair of thermal binoculars and came across the Night Vision Guys. Communication was excellent. E-mails pertaining to product inquiry all the way to item procurement was fantastic. The thermal binocular came in excellent packaging via FedEx. Felix was very professional and knowledgeable about the product. Overall the order processing was very quick. Prices are as one would expect for high end thermal imaging equipment. In this market of high end optics, you need to buy from dealers who have great customer support. The Night Vision Guys definitely provides this level of customer care.

The first order from Night Vision Guys was a few years ago and for personal equipment. The most recent order was for the company. The difference between the two orders: None. The Customer service and communications were and remain OUTSTANDING. The products are of course, top quality, and the prices are very reasonable to excellent! But it is the truly amazing customer service that makes working with NVG a total pleasure. They lead by finest example. -Astrid Defense LLC USA / 25Aug2020
