Bad customer service. Refuses to refund for defective items. Having to file disputes with credit-card company

Sent junk, thermal scope had major issues. tried calling several times, after being on hold for 10minutes or so rolled over to voice mail. Finally answered email but not until 30 return policy expired. Got a replacement from ATN but have no confidence in this unit and wanted to return it for refund but they said the 30 day return window gone. Very poor customer service!

This is nothing but a scam bad thing I feel for it I got on there site paid for it then keep waiting for it never showed up I tried to call phone number no good I tried there email always comes back I tried everything can not get a hold of anyone so I called attorney general guss what I am not the only one I wonder if any of these reviews are real

Ordered a Thor 4K, love it. The "Free" range finder has not showed up. I've sent several emails and left messages. No response other than a snippy little line "See the order below, it will be shipped separately." Really?!? WHEN!

Shipping was not as promised

TERRIBLE customer service. My order was missing most of the parts listed on their site as included. They do not answer the phone or return phone calls or emails. Stay away from this place. They are not reputable. UPDATE: After not receiving many of the parts for my original order I was finally (several days and multiple emails and phone calls later) contacted by Felix who was very pleasant and apologetic. He said he would send my items right out and eventually did three days later. Regrettably, several items were still missing. I reached back out out to Felix who replied and asked what was missing. I replied to him and have heard nothing...for several weeks! I paid an extra $100 for fast delivery and nearly a month later still don't have my products! Too bad these guys just can't seem to pull it together. I am only missing a few small parts, but they are massively important to the function of my sighting unit. Needless to say, I am not impressed.

Received a broken thermal and it was replaced with another broken thermal. I'm out $4,000. Don't order online. Buy in a store where you can take it back. night vision guys sucks!!!!!

These guys are bush-league, work out of a garage, have no support staff to answer phones or emails, and are non responsive. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED. I have had nothing but problems from these guys. Do yourself a favor and find a direct source for the item you’re looking for, otherwise you’ll wait months for delivery and absolutely no updates on shipping. I was told the last item I ordered would ship three weeks ago, still haven’t received it and can’t get any of their “savvy experts” to answer the phone. BUNCH OF AMATEURS, DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY ON THESE CLOWNS.
