Got what I ordered

This is a great company to order from I've placed several orders from them for thermal scopes best prices I have found coupon codes didnt work but talked to them on the phone and they applied them over the phone so no big deal and where these reviews are coming from and the terrible customer service I haven't experienced that at all always responded within the day I also returned a scope and it somehow it disappeared dont know who was at fault the ups store or what but nightvisionguys are the ones who made it right so they are who is going to get the applause from me a little hiccup in the return and those things happen no matter who the company is but the way they handled it was very satisfactory top notch company from my experience I definitely recommend them to anyone

To me the website just didn't seem to flow. Like there was some sort of disconnect. Was a little surprised that there were no reviews of the AGM Rattler 3.5 Thermal I admit I'm not the sharpest tack in the box when it comes to ordering from websites, but I was really disappointed when trying to use the Night Vision Guys coupons I had found. None worked and I finally gave up. All were for April and May time slots. Thx Lynn

Great experience. Good price on my item. Took a bit longer than expected, but they immediately returned my few emails asking for updates. My husband loves his FLIR Breach!

My order was placed on 2/17/21 and shipped from CA to MN via FedEx 2nd Day Air with AM delivery and required an adult signature. On 2/19, I sat at home all day waiting for the delivery; nothing. This continued for a week before I emailed NVG to which I received a text message (I’m profoundly deaf so text is preferable to calls). I’m not going to lie, I was very irritated by the shipping mixup which turned a 2 day shipping into over a two week delay. FedEx tracking was no help. Felix “listened” to me via text messaging for most of 2+ hours. I may be from Minnesota, but the ‘nice’ part wasn’t involved in our discussion. To his credit, he was receptive to my perceptions of this process and requested I wait just a bit more. Sure enough, my scope appeared via FedEx this morning. I’ve already charged it up and put it through some of it’s paces (I have another ATN scope so I’m very familiar with the operating system). All works well. Except, maybe the ugly ATN camouflage cap that was included. Come on ATN, you can do better. ;-) Thank you NVG. Arduous as this was, it reminds me again how important real communication is in any transaction.

Overall good job, customer support quick to respond

I have to say, at first I was not happy. When I ordered my scope it said they were in stock and then after charging my account I was told they were out of stock. But, Felix with Night Vision Guys did everything he could to get me my scope. I have received it and I am so happy with it so far. It was a gift to the man in my life so we will see what he thinks. He is the expert! Thank you so much Felix and Night Vision Guys for going the extra mile for us!

**Update**Felix reached out to me very quickly to apologize. I really appreciate that. It shows that they do care about their customers. He explained that they have to manually remove all products that are out of stock and this one slipped through the cracks. Although I am still bummed, I understand mistakes can happen. Very disappointed. Had been searching for a leupold rifleman 4-12x40 for some time. was waiting to purchase a rifle to go with it until i found it. Was very excited to find it "in stock" with Night Vision Guys. I was able to complete the purchase and received an order number. I immediately went to a different site to purchase the rifle i wanted to go with that scope. then about an hour later I received an email stating that a refund had been issued with this statement: "Unfortunately, we are not able to get this unit at this time." Then why was i able to complete the purchase? Why was this item still listed as in stock?!?!
