No issues from a delivery or purchase perspective. Purchased a FLIR TK Scout (open box) USD 599, 1st unit when it was delivered it only went to FLIR boot screen. Sent unit back to FLIR direct for replacement and second unit lasted 30 minutes before doing the same thing. Very disappointed with FLIR products after two malfunctions on different units. The unit was bought for a friend and a trip we had planned. I am not putting any of this on NVG as second unit was shipped direct from FLIR.

Despite their great prices the NVG service is a bit on the slower side. I work in the shipping industry and like most places orders usually ship same day or next day not 2-3 days after orders are placed. Other than that I’m fairly pleased with the products I have ordered.

Not impressed at all I ordered a thermal months ago was told it was back ordered to expect it to ship 3 weeks. later I called when I didn't get shipping confirmation I was told it was a manufacturer hold up I could expect it in mid January however no scope then either so I called back and was told due to shot show coming up the shipment would be in the week of shot show I could expect shipment the Monday following ... it is Tuesday after shot show week and no shipping confirmation so I call back no answer (not uncommon) so I emailed them to get a email back saying they would check with the manufacturer I'm unsure if it's because I financed the scope or what but I feel it shouldn't take this long as far as communication they normally email back within a day however hardly ever answer there phones. After talking with Felix he apologized for any delays and told me the hold up is with the manufacturer, Felix has been doing a lot to make this process as easy and as speedy as possible such as moving the shipping methods around and so forth however don't expect to have your orders within a few weeks it seems pulsar along with other manufacturers are severely backed up

the experience with night vision guys was good and they ended up helping with a problem with armasight some. however, they said that they would send some batteries for my inconvienience which i never got. regarding their help with armasight -- i believe an e-mail from them to armasight sped up the process somewhat of replacement of a defective scope. armasight wanted to treat a brand new defective scope like a warranty repair and fix or replace it at their leisure along with other scopes that had been used and abused. i insisted that a defective scope out of the box should be more of a priority. soon after night vision guys e-mailed them seeming to support my belief, the scope shipped. unfortunately, i had already threatened several actions to armasight and then night vision guys before any real action occured. it took nearly a month to replace what would have taken other venders and companies a few days to make right. (ie. cabelas, burris, simmons, optics planet.) but i did get a good price on the scope even though i missed the predator season i bought the scope for. i guess there's always next year -- but as a senior citizen, that may not be true!
