Wasn’t notified item was unavailable until after the transaction. Website should say not available to save the hassle of ordering and refunding.

Forgot
I pre ordered he x sight several months before it came out. Well one day I happened to be looking at their web page and it showed the x sight in stock ready to ship. I waited a few days and ever received an email stating mine had shipped. So I called. The person I talked to stated they see my order in the system but no one ever shipped it and now I wold have to wait for the next shipment. So much for preordering.

Hi Aaron. Thank you for your feedback. You are absolutely right. We did drop the ball on your order. We had several hundred pre-orders for ATN XSights due to all the delays and a couple fell through the cracks. This is a blessing and a curse of a small business. On one hand we are able to devote personal attention to each order on the other we humans be humans and things get missed. We hope you will find it in you to trust us with another order one day so we can offer you the 5 star service we strive for.

Decided not to purchase from you.
I looked at but never purchased from you. You had advertised a ATN PS 28 WPT, but had none in stock. I spoke with an individual on your staff who insisted based on his claimed many, many years of experience the PS 28 was exactly the same as the ATN PS22 WPT which it is NOT. Just like your representative who was mistaken about the Day/Night devices, so too are you when you think I purchased something from you.

Hi Erich. I want to thank you. This feedback is very helpful. Of course ATN PS22 and PS28 are not the same night vision clip-on. That is why they have different model numbers. We always ask our sales staff to explain product specifics to the customers and the fact that we failed in your case means we have to try harder. I really hope you will give us another chance to prove to you that we can deliver the best in night vision and day time optics space at the best possible price. If not, we wish you luck and once again thanks for the feedback.
