I will never purchase from them again. I spent over 1300$ on a wilcox helmet mount on October 13th of 2021. The item was listed as instock during this time. It is now February 23rd of 2022 and they still have not shipped my item. I had called them many times months ago and they never returned a single call. I emailed them and they never returned an email. Finally I text them and they returned a text. From there they sent me a few emails and held my money. It was another few months before I was finally fed up and asked for my money back. They just gave me the refund.

Received my scope and it did not work. Emailed several company emails to get an answer on what do I do to get it resolved and received no answer. Not happy at all with the situation.

if you buy, buy direct, i bought ATN, because i bought from night vision guys, I couldn't get my money back, when things went haywire with the equipment . I was told to sell the item by Felix. ATN has good customer service, NVG has no customer service, and it costs the same money at both places, you decide what the smart move is??????

Horrible customer service. Take your business elsewhere! If they would actually return an email I would cancel my order!

It's been almost a week and still have not received a tracking number for an item purchased and bought thru Affirm which has already set up repayment schedule. Really shaky when you can't talk to anyone from NVGuys or Affirm and you get a bill before you even get the product. Something doesn't feel right about this whole arrangement. Will go elsewhere and make the purchase to a company that will actually talk with you. If I give my order number, Im sure they will treat me like dirt for being honest about their service.

Ordered a scope (standard scope) on Sept. 20. Paid for two day shipping. I called with questions on the billing/shipping address issue. All my cards are attached to my PO Box. The person I talked to said it would not make a difference, and it would ship to the PO Box the same as it would the address. A week later I e-mailed that it had not arrived. Felix said because of the export restriction it had to be sent back to the warehouse for shipping to a PO Box. He said they could refund the two day shipping and it would ship in a few "Business Days". Tried e-mailing again and calling again with no response. It is now Nov. 2 and no scope or communication! Season opens Nov. 6! WT...? Addendum: I posted this review and by the time I got back to my inbox I had an e-mail from "Customer Intimacy Team" saying it would ship tomorrow. Feels a little too "INTIMATE" if you know what I mean.

Ordered 8 days ago, hasn’t been shipped, and can’t get through to them or have they returned my phone calls. Scares me when a lot of money has been paid for a product.

tried to cancel an order called several times also e-mailed no response customer service is horrible. they also charge card before shipping so you have less recourse.
