Nialaya JewelryDanish-American founder Jannik Olander started Nialaya as a tribute to a Shaman he met on a life-changing journey through India. Inspired by spiritual insight and a deep belief in energy healing, he returned to Los Angeles with a vision: to create meaningful jewelry that channels personal power and intention.Rooted in a “Handmade in Hollywood” ethos, every Nialaya piece is crafted by hand in the brand’s Los Angeles studio using carefully selected pearls, gemstones, beads, sterling silver, stainless steel, leather, and precious stones. What began as a small collection sold to a renowned boutique in Beverly Hills quickly caught the attention of Hollywood’s elite. Nialaya soon became one of the most celebrity-endorsed jewelry brands in the world.Since opening its flagship store at 8215 Melrose Avenue in 2010, Nialaya has grown into a globally recognized name. From Los Angeles to Tokyo, its bold, boho-luxe designs have become symbols of individuality, style, and spiritual depth — more than jewelry, they are statements of purpose.

I had to return an item as I ordered the wrong size and the return process was so smooth. The communication from Amira made the process very easy and quick as it was an international order so their customer care was so greatly appreciated!

The Nialaya staff was incredibly accommodating throughout my process of exchanging and eventually refunding a bracelet I ordered due to their warranty on broken pieces. Ultimately, I was very happy with the jewelry and the customer service was amazing. (Thanks Amira!)

As many people who are in the process of proposing, I had to buy a ring - and obviously got the wrong size. Living literally on the other side of the world from the Nialaya HQ, I was already prepared to have to wait ages to get the right size back (if ever). I was also on a tight schedule (don't propose on an exotic vacation, kids, in particular with the wrong ring!) and felt a bit hopeless about the whole ring situation. HOWEVER. The customer service was spectacularly efficient (shout out to everyone who helped me). I sent the ring back and in the matter of 3 days from arriving in LA it was already back in London. In the right size this time! In summary: if you want to propose, buy the right size. Or buy the wrong one on Nialaya and you will be just fine.

Nialaya is one of the best companies around in regards to overall customer service and product quality. I purchased a bracelet from them and after over a year of wearing it hiking and climbing it started to fray. Nialaya had me send the bracelet back and repaired it within the month. Definitely one of my favorite jewelry companies, and everyone is fantastic to work with!
