Terrible customer treatment!
We had purchased tickets days before and were told that the time and date reserved for us was not flexible. However, it seems that this rule only goes one way. When we arrived very early (1:00), Tuesday September 29 embark time 2:45, there was a massive line and no attempt by your company to honour the tickets as purchased. Instead we were told to go to the back of the very long line and that ticket times would be ignored and they'd just keep boarding people first come first served until 5:45. We had arrived very early keeping in mind our scheduled boarding time ... which as it turns out, was a myth. Had we known that we could have lined up at anytime we might have done so earlier instead of wasting so much time waiting for our fictional boarding time. Apparently this treatment of customers is standard practice ... so why threaten customers with cancellation if they miss their boarding times or ask to reschedule? You see? There are two sides to the agreement. We lived up to our end of the bargain. The company did not. Did we get an acknowledgement of the problem? An apology? NOTHING!!
