Personally, I havent found but one deal every couple of months from my home airport. By the time I fly to the airports that do have the deals Next Vacay sends out, I am already paying the ticket normal ticket cost So, it is not beneficial for me.

Hi there...appreciate you reaching out to leave us your feedback! Louisville is a smaller airport, so it does see fewer deals than you might see from a larger airport such as Chicago, but we still see 1-2 deals per week, so there are a lot of great opportunities to travel from your home city. In just this month, we've sent deals to Iceland, London, Turks and Caicos Islands, and Beijing to name a few destinations. However, you do live in an area with a lot of surrounding airports as well, so it's possible these deals from your home airport are getting lost in the shuffle. Most of the alerts I get are out of other cities (almost all). Some are 5 hours away. I’d rather get notified of more flights out of Louisville, even if they’re to less exotic destinations. Also I’d much prefer 1-2 emails a day with a list then getting a separate email for every deal.

Hi there...thanks for your feedback. I'm sorry to hear you haven't been impressed with the deals so far. Louisville is a smaller airport compared to busier hubs like Chicago, but we still find some great deals from your area! If you'd like to narrow the scope of deals you receive, or if airports like Chicago aren't ideal because they're so far away, just contact us at [email protected], and we can adjust your airport range for you! As for the frequency of deals, we currently send deals as soon as they've been reviewed because we can't guarantee how long a deal will last. If it's a low price or to a rare destination, it can book up quickly, and we want to make sure our members have a chance to book those great flights! If we wait till the end of the day to send the deals, it's possible some may be booked up before then. I hope that helps clarify why we want to get these deals to you ASAP!
