Hi there...thanks for taking the time to leave us a review! That's awesome you've started to keep a closer eye on flights to make sure you're getting the best deals out there. We'll keep sending the deals your way, and my fingers are crossed that the perfect deal pops up for you soon! We can't wait to hear what it'll be :)

That's fantastic Richard! Booking a spontaneous trip to a place you've never thought of before can be one of the most rewarding and fun experiences. We're so happy we could help expand your travel horizons, and great idea to apply your flyer miles to upgrade your flight. Now that's savvy thinking :) Can't wait to hear what other adventures you take advantage of!

Hi Mio...thank you so much for reaching out and sharing this feedback. I'm so sorry that this is the kind of experience you had with us. I can confirm we only charge $25 USD for the membership fee, so we'd love to make this right. It looks like we had multiple accounts on file for you, but we've issued refunds for those additional charges, and you should see an email from our support team shortly. We do have an auto-responder set up to confirm when your email has been received by our team, so that may have been the email you received and what may have caused some confusion. But please let us know if there is anything else we can address for you and we'll make sure you're all set!

Hi there...I'm so sorry to hear this happened. I can assure you that we only charge $25 USD/year for our membership fee, so you shouldn't have been double-charged, and we'd love to get that cleared up! If you can send us an email at [email protected] with the email tied to your account, we'll look into that right away. As for the flight deals, we send these as the airlines make them available or drop their prices. However, what separates us from other flight deal services is that we don't just send a deal if it has a low price, but we take into account timing, availability, layovers, and other factors as well. If it's a cheap price but has multiple stops or has little availability to book, we won't send it out. Because we're an email service, we take care to only send the best deals available out of your airport, so you can pick from the cream of the crop when it comes to booking your next vacay! Hopefully, this helps clarify what we do here. Thanks for sharing your feedback about your experience.

Hi there...thanks for the great feedback! Admittedly, we do look for more international destinations, as these can be much more expensive and harder for people to find over domestic flights, but we know there are some really unique and fun places to visit right here in the States! We'll continue to keep an eye out for those special domestic deals, and as we continue to grow, we hope to offer more of these as well! If you have any other feedback to share, give us a shout anytime at [email protected] :)

That's amazing San Juana! It sounds like 2019 was an unforgettable year and 2020 will be one for the books too! We're excited to see how you'll top your trip to Australia, and we hope you'll share the experience with us between jetting off to different countries :) Happy Traveling!

Thanks for sharing your feedback with us Marlene, and I'm sorry you've been disappointed. Once our team finds a deal and reviews it, we immediately send it out to our members so they have a better opportunity to book. Some deals and destinations are really popular, so if we waited to send out multiple deals at once, you might not get to take advantage of the deals you were interested in. As for the format of the email, we try to keep it as short and sweet as possible. The deals really speak for themselves, so keeping our emails simple, we make sure you get to the important parts of the deal right away! If you have any other feedback or questions, we'd love to chat with you! Just shoot us an email at [email protected].
