Hi there...thanks for sharing your feedback, and I'm sorry to hear your experience with the deals has been so disappointing. San Francisco is a busy hub, so we typically see 2-4 deals per week from this airport, making the deals fairly frequent, though of course, they can fluctuate a bit depending on the airlines. As for the deal prices, I noticed that just recently we've found deals to Paris for $325, Bridgetown (Barbados) for $550, and Barcelona for $350 out of SFO. If you have more feedback for us, we'd love to know if you were looking for different prices or destinations and work to make our services even better for your remaining time with us! Just get in touch with us at [email protected], and thanks again for taking the time to share your experience!

Thanks for sharing your feedback, Jed, and I'm sorry to hear your experience with our support team wasn't helpful. I see you reached out twice over the past month about deals to Hawaii that were posted on our social media, the first of which we responded to in a day and the second, within 3 days. If you've sent emails under another name or address, please let us know, and we'll be happy to look into that wait you experienced further. I want to clarify that only our members receive active deals. We don't post live deals on our social media, as these are only for our active members, so the deals on social are past deals we've seen, typically in the last 1-2 months, that our members have taken advantage of. We're purely a deal alert service, so if you haven't seen this exact deal to Hawaii that you're looking for, it means it hasn't been available from your airports. Hawaii is a popular destination though, so we can certainly keep an eye out for you! You can let us know your home airport at [email protected], and we'll do our best to find you a great deal!

Hi John...thanks for sharing your feedback with us. I'm sorry to hear the deals haven't been what you were expecting, and I'd like to help as best I can! I do want to clarify that we don't send last-minute deals at this time. The earliest we'll send a deal is 1-month out, but the majority of our deals are 2-6 months out to give our members adequate time to prepare. We also include deals with availability over a wide range of time, a few to several months, so members can always choose to book further out if they need more time to plan their trip, schedule time off, etc. I see that, since the year began, the earliest available date we've sent to book has been in March with later dates available as well. If traveling during the winter season doesn't suit, there are still plenty of options available, as I see we've sent deals to Paris, Curaçao, and London with dates available to book for this spring. We're continuing to look for more summer deals as well, as we know this is when a lot of people like to travel! If you have more questions or concerns about the deals you're receiving, please don't hesitate to reach out to [email protected], and our dedicated support team will be happy to help!
