Does a great job sending over good airfare deals. Saves me time not having to scour google flights for good deals on flights
Response from Next VacayJan 29, 2020
Hi there...we're so happy we can save you the time and effort of having to look for these deals all on your own! We love being able to send the deals directly to your inbox so all you have to do is see what interests you and works with your schedule :) Thanks for taking the time to leave us a review!

Such. A great. Subscription. The only thing that I'd love is some sort of A) portal that's interactive, so that I can filter out cities I am not interested in (ex: I DO want to see flights in and out of Australia, I Do NOT want to see... i don't know, Ohio, or Hong Kong.) Being able to interact with the formula, and choosing what I see would be great. Having an app, etc, always a helpful thing. Honestly, though, I love seeing the options! I love seeing what's coming up! We have yet to jump on the opportunity - but we're excited to when the time and price is right!!

We're so happy to hear you're loving the deals, and thanks so much for the great feedback, Zach! We do hope to introduce options in the future for customizing your destinations preferences, so you can make requests such as no deals to Ohio or Hong Kong but definitely see deals to Australia. We agree that would be a great feature to have, and we'll let you know when it's available! In the meantime, we're so excited to find you more amazing deals, and we can't wait to hear when the perfect trip comes along for you to book :)

Bad service for Pittsburgh. I've gotten 1 offer in 2 weeks of trial membership out of my airport - and I even complained and asked them to remove surrounding airports from my preferences.
Response from Next VacayJan 29, 2020
Thanks for your feedback, Drew! I'm sorry to hear you've been disappointed with the deals from your airport. Pittsburgh typically sees 2-3 deals per week, but the frequency of deals can fluctuate from week to week. We always want to provide our members with the best quality deals, so if there isn't a deal that meets our high-quality standards, we won't send it out. We also try to respond to all emails within 24 hours, so if you haven't had this taken care of yet, and your airports updated, you can get in touch with our support team at [email protected]. Of course, we want your free trial period to be an amazing example of the great deals we find, so if you're still having trouble with the deals, let us know, and we'll make sure you're taken care of!
