Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us, Karen. We're very sorry to hear that your experience has been less than stellar and you haven't been able to take advantage of any of the deal alerts so far. We do offer a 30-day free trial when new members first sign up, as well as a 6-month money-back guarantee for the first membership charge, so if members are unable to take advantage of the deals for any reason, they can request a refund within 6 months, no questions asked. Our emails show as being delivered and opened at your email address, but as we hadn't received any complaints or feedback regarding your membership, the subscription remained active and renewed several months ago as stated on our website and in the welcome email. Because your membership renewed several months ago and our service continued to be rendered since that time, that renewal charge is no longer eligible for a refund. However, I do see that your membership has been set to non renew, which ensures you will only receive the deal alerts for the remainder of this year, and you will not be charged further. If you have any other questions or feedback, please don't hesitate to follow up with us at [email protected].
