I’ve email Next Vacay several times with no response. Their customer service is horrible. I will never book thru them again.

Hi there, thanks for taking the time to reach out and share your feedback. I'm very sorry to hear you haven't been able to get in touch with our support team. We try to respond to all email inquiries within 24 hours, so you should have heard back by now if you've sent in an email outside of that timeframe. I tried checking the email tied to this review, but I wasn't able to find any emails sent into our support desk at [email protected] from your email address. Let us know if you contacted us through a different email or you can try sending your inquiry directly into [email protected]. I did take a moment to look over your account, and it does like our emails have encountered a soft bounce when sending to your email address since the end of May. A soft bounce typically occurs when the mailbox is too full or the receiving server is down, but if you're having issues with your current email, we can help you update to a new one! If you're having trouble contacting us with this email address and/or don't have another email to use for contacting us, you can also get in touch via the live support on our website, which is available from 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. EST Monday - Friday. Looking forward to hearing from you so we can get you all taken care of!

I snatched up a deal for my husband and I to go to Europe in a few months. We found an open jaw route into Amsterdam and out of Paris for $380 pp RT! Wish us luck on fitting everything into backpacks.

I love seeing cheap trips sent to my email. When I got pregnant and then having a new born...I haven't been really able to travel. With covid-19 recently...not much either. Well I saw $103 round trip from Miami to Colorado in November and I couldn't pass it up. It is on my bucket list to go to Colorado and we plan to go to most of the 50 states before our daughter is 18 (10 months now). So thankful for this deal and can't wait to start planning!
Response from Next VacayJun 8, 2020
That's so exciting, Cori! We're so happy we can bring a bit of joy to your days with the deal alerts, and we're ecstatic that you've managed to book your first trip in a while with our service :) It's truly amazing for us to be a part of such a wonderful experience as visiting all 50 states with your daughter and making unforgettable memories together that will last a lifetime! Thanks so much for sharing the good news with us, and happy planning with your trip!!!

Thank you so much Next Vacay for the tip! I’ve been stalking this trip for years. I’ve never found airfare for less than $500 round trip. I’ve just booked a trip Nashville to Calgary for my family of 4 for Fall Break for $1200. We are so excited to finally see Banff.
Response from Next VacayJun 4, 2020
That's fantastic, Elizabeth! We're so happy we could help make this dream come true and allow your family to take this amazing trip to Banff! It's sure to be an unforgettable trip :) Thanks so much for taking the time to share this wonderful news and leave us a review. Happy traveling!

I wanted to say thank you Next Vacay for sharing this great deal with me. I did book it, except I was able to get it flying out of Philly for only $4.00 more! So that was a real sweet deal. PHL to Miami for $160! Can’t wait to get away!
Response from Next VacayJun 3, 2020
Very nice! Glad we were able to help and even happier to hear you were able to make this deal work for you even better, Betts! We hope you have an amazing time taking in everything Miami has to offer :) Happy travels, and thanks so much for leaving us your review!
