Thank you for reaching out and sharing your feedback with us, Nikki. We're sorry to hear you had a poor experience, and we'd love to clear this up. We offer a 30-day free trial period, during which members are sent deals from their home and surrounding airports, so they can decide if we're the right service for them. If you signed up but did not receive any emails, it could be an issue with your account or registration, so please reach out to our team at [email protected] with your information so we can take a look and assist you. To clarify, you can cancel your membership from your account at any time. There's no need to contact our support team to do so. At this time, we offer email and live chat support, but we don't currently offer phone support, so if you were disconnected from a call, it was not with our support team. Thanks for sharing your feedback with us, Michael! We take pride in our members offering us unbiased reviews of their experiences, whether good or bad. When members leave a review, they are not required to include or exclude any specific information but just to share whatever feedback they see fit. Many of our members actually do mention their home city/state when leaving feedback, so if you read through the reviews others have left, you'll often see they've included details about both their origin and destination. If you'd like to see the deals for yourself, we offer a 30-day free trial period, along with our 6-month money-back guarantee, so you can try us out hassle-free and cancel at any time. If you have any other questions or concerns, you can also reach out to our team at [email protected], and we'll be happy to help.
