You gave our Family the opportunity to be together again!
We totally did this, thank you. My 15-year-old HAS to fly direct, and this is the PERFECT flight. Because of your email, I was able to get my parents to agree to have him this summer (something they didn't get last year, but he has done most of his life). The price and timing mean we can afford it and that they will be COVID vaccinated by then. Thanks for bringing our family back together!

Not really worth it
Not really worth it, you have to stay glued to your email and be willing to make plans in a snap to take advantage of their deals. Occasionally great deals will pop up but not more than you get with other services. Very sneaky the way they continue to pull membership payments from your card without any reminder or notification, though I suppose that’s my fault for not paying enough attention.

Thanks for sharing your feedback with us, Madeline. We're disappointed to hear the deals weren't beneficial to you. We do recommend booking deals as quickly as possible to ensure you get the best price possible, but we also look for deals with a wide time-frame of availability to help mitigate any time constraints on deals; that way there's a better likelihood members will find a time that works for both their budget and their schedule. The frequency of the deals does fluctuate, but our team is dedicated to sending out only the best deals available. We always choose quality over quantity, and we won't send a deal to your inbox just to send a deal, but we take the time to ensure it meets our standards and is a deal we would jump on ourselves!
As for our annual membership, we don't make an effort to be sneaky. The annual nature of the membership is shared before signup, in our Terms of Service, and mentioned again in our introductory emails. Members can cancel their subscription at any time directly through their account or with help from our support team, and there's also the option to turn off auto-renewal and set the membership to non renew. However, we're constantly working on improving our services, and we'll continue to work on this in the future!

The New Travel Guides
I don't recommend services very often. Once in a blue moon and I find a good mechanic. Or a good restaurant. But this service is nothing short of amazing. I've booked two trips now. Both places I've wanted to. Found rates to where I couldn't say no anymore. Its worth the cost cause it will send you around the globe as cheap as possible. It make going places possible. This is better than a good mechanic. If you want to travel then this is your passport

This company is a SCAM!!
This company is a SCAM!!! DO NOT sign up!! I signed up in 2017 and after a year of receiving 3 emails i emailed to cancel my subscription of which should have been $25/year.
Instead the company have ignored my emails and requests to refund and continued to debit $35/ year ($10 more now) and as of late 4 years later my bank acct has been debiting every 2 months for $35.99.
I want them to stop, but there is no contact phone number and no one replies to emails and only option i have to to change my bank details!!! So frustrating!

We don't currently offer phone support, but we have live chat available directly on our website M-F, 9AM - 5PM EST. Our team also responds to email inquiries within 24 hours. We weren't able to locate any previous emails from you under the information available to us, but you can reach us directly at [email protected] and our team will be able to assist you.
To clarify about our service, we are an annual membership, so we only charge $25 USD per year. If you live in another country, such as Australia or Canada, the amount debited will have your country's current exchange rate applied, so you may see a slightly higher amount than $25 USD debited. However, this has always been the case for members located outside the US and would have applied for the entirety of your membership.
And as I mentioned, we are an annual service, so you should not be seeing monthly or bi-monthly charges. However, if there is any problem with your billing, we'll be more than happy to rectify that immediately. Please contact us via our email or live chat with your information, and we'll make sure you're taken care of ASAP!
Update: Great news Sandy! We received your recent DM on Facebook and were able to locate your account, and it looks like this issue was already resolved last year! We weren't able to get in touch due to a block filed from your email address, but those transactions you're seeing from Oct and Dec should in fact be refunds. We've emailed all the details to your inbox but if you have any further questions you can contact us there or through one of our other support channels at any time!

I was able to message them and get this straightened out. I'm happy with the results. I would suggest a "contact us" link on the website to get help easier.
I signed up for this a year ago and I'm trying to cancel but there's no way to contact them. I tried to login and it says it sent a link to my email but they didn't so there's no way to login. Seems like a scam to me.

Going to Belize!!!!
We saw the email come through for a 10 day trip to Belize and I had to check it out! My husband and I are both going to Belize for $515 round trip.....that’s insane!!!! We’ve always wanted to go but probably wouldn’t have without Next Vacay!!
