Most of the time the quality of the jewelry is good except when the cut of the stone is not specifically duplicated as represented in the photo

Mismatched Ring and Necklace Blue Shades
I'm just disappointed that my aquamarine ring and necklace don't match in the blue colors. Both are beautiful (ring is a little large, but that's my fault), so I'm deciding as to whether to just try to match up one of them. The necklace is an aquamarine sapphire, and the picture showed it as a greenish blue, but it's more of a pale blue, no teal at all.

No complaints about quality, design or customer service
I ordered 2 bracelets. The clasp on one was complicated, and normally I have a jeweler change small clasps for larger ones (arthritic hands). The design made this impossible. Customer service took care of me, and the bracelet was easily exchanged for a necklace of the same price. Jewelry arrived nicely packaged in a timely manner. Emails were responded to quickly. I'm getting lots of compliments.

I ordered 2 pieces as designed and…
I ordered 2 pieces as designed and another piece, a bracelet, that had to be customized… all 3 pieces arrived better than expected and I was very pleased. Now, while being honest, a while back I bought a ring, yellow gold over sterling, and that is the only piece of jewelry that ever turned blackish/green ring around my finger. It is beautifully designed but I could not wear it. And, to my disappointment, the return policy was not made easy and so I never bothered to return it. Even with that negative experience I went back and bought 3 other pieces and had no other problems. Nicole RG

The items are beautiful
The items are beautiful. The craftsmanship seems good. The prices are pretty reasonable. Delivery is quicker than most. You are never sure, when ordering online if you will get what you are expecting. I have bought several items from here, and I have been very pleased.
