We take your concerns seriously and are committed to finding a solution that works for you. Typically, our solar farms generate the lowest amount of electricity during the winter months. However, now that we are in late spring and heading towards summer, you should notice an increase in the credits applied to your utility bills. Due to this seasonal variation, we recommend that our customers view their savings annually rather than monthly. As a reminder, we aim to offset roughly 90% of your utility costs throughout the year with our credits, which are discounted by 15%. We are always committed to ensuring you can maximize your savings through our program and will contact you shortly to discuss the next steps and determine if any adjustments are needed. I thought I would save money on my electric bill, it hasn't made much of a difference, my bill from NYSEG is still high.

They seem to be easy to work with and asked for our Ameren account Number and then came back to ask for a years worth of usage - good thing I track it for my own information.
