Hello Nora, Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear about your frustration and appreciate the opportunity to clarify the details around your cancellation and final billing. We understand that our billing model can feel unfamiliar at first. Because Nexamp bills in arrears, invoices are generated only after your utility confirms that solar credits have been applied to your account. This is why invoices may arrive even after a cancellation request has been submitted. Additionally, as noted in our contract and prior communications, utilities may take up to 90 days to fully process a community solar cancellation, during which time solar credits can still be applied to your utility account. That said, your account has now been officially canceled. We will be following up with you directly to review any remaining questions and help clarify anything else about your final invoices or the program overall.
