Apparently when I changed the address for summer delivery the end date After Labor Day was not recorded. The post office stopped forwarding mail but did not forward the magazine ater Labor Day. I called September 19 and registered the return to my regular home address. I have not received a copy or an acknowledgement so called today. I was told that my next magazine would arrive October 7 and that there was no system for sending me the curent issue.It was in the hands of thepost office and that's where I should turn.An alert customer care would simply put the issue in an envelope and absorb the cost of mailing.

I don't like that you take sides in the presidential race. I was really insulted with your cover of the presidential candidates on a roller coaster and another cover of the Supreme Court Judges.

1 star because I cannot leave none. This organisation is the biggest bunch of crooks currently operating under the banner of "journalism". They offer a free period before subscription with the right to cancel, only you cannot cancel. they tell you they cannot find your sub when you try to cancel, then they take your money anyway, $119.99 in my case. Then, when you think, ok, well if I have a sub I will use it and you try and click onto one of their articles, you are informed that you do not have a sub and you are asked to subscribe and pay again. On top of that, they tell you they are sending you your refund and the money never arrives. The word "thieves" springs to mind. Avoid at all costs, they are a disgrace.

I was automatically renewed without my consent. I called to cancel my subscription and was denied a refund. This is a reprehensible business practice. I will be certain to inform everyone about this and will no longer be purchasing this publication or any other publication affiliated with them

Today I received my tote bag. Thanks. It just took like 3 years 😞 The articles and art of the magazine is wonderful. ==== Original review: I subscribed with the promotion of receiving a free tote bag. My subscription lasted 6 months and they never sent it to me. I contacted support several times and they asked me for the information and told me they would send it. The second time they even told me that I would find the tracking number in my account, but that never happened. Reading the Facebook comments, it seems that no one received the promotional tote bag and everything smells like a scam. Very sad that a large company has these types of miserable practices.

I told them I did not want auto-renewal after the trial subscription. I was charged $119.99 when the trial sub expired. All of the ads say the sub can be cancelled at any point or time. I emailed them requesting a refund. They told me that I had not been charged. I wrote back telling them that I had been charged. They wrote that I had to gather documentation and send it to them. I telephoned and they told me that the subscription is nonrefundable. I threatened them with calling the Attorney General of my state; now they say they have refunded almost all of the $119.99 We shall see.

Custumer service not helpful at all.
