A friend ordered a gift basket for us. When it arrived one of the items was a product which was supposed to be kept for an. The basket was not delivered cold/frozen and the item was already thawed with the product unusable. It is such poor judgment and quality control to include an item that should be kept frozen in a gift basket. I would definitely not recommend using them.

We’re very sorry to hear that the item arrived thawed and unusable — that’s incredibly disappointing, and we completely understand your frustration. While we do our best to pack temperature-sensitive products securely, items that require refrigeration can be affected if a longer shipping method is selected. For future orders, choosing an expedited option can help ensure these products stay in proper condition throughout transit. Thank you for sharing your feedback, and again, we sincerely apologize for the experience.

I ordered a very expensive basket for a client and upgraded the champagne for a total of $300. The delivery came and it looked nothing like website. It was supposed include a cute brown bear, they put a grey raccoon! It was very masculine on the website, that's why I chose it. Instead they include lavender and red chocolates instead of the chocolates that said "BOSS" on them. It was horrible! I had to apologize to my client that I sent it to. They wouldn't give me a refund or try to fix it. Beware, do not use this company they are horrific!!!

We sincerely apologize for your disappointing experience. We understand how upsetting it must have been to receive a basket that did not match your expectations, especially after carefully selecting it for a client. Your feedback is very important to us, and we’re truly sorry that the presentation and contents were not as described. We regret that this situation caused you inconvenience and frustration — it’s never the experience we want for our customers.

I spent hours choosing from all of their options to create a custom basket for Mom's birthday. The basket arrived in time and looked nice, but only the bottle of wine and pears were what I chose. The cutting board and all snacks were completely different. Their customer service says that this is within their policies, but their website doesn't understand that anywhere. If you want a gift basket with random stuff included then sure you can use these people.
