That my cousin was so pleased with the basket. It made her day brighter and that's what I wanted to happen

I would strongly caution anyone against ordering from NYC Baskets. I placed an order early in the morning with their advertised “1 business day delivery” specifically for a bachelorette weekend. Despite ordering well before their cutoff time, they shipped my order using USPS Ground (2–5 days), which could never have met the timeline they promised. The gift was useless by the time it arrived, and when I reached out for help, their customer service repeatedly hid behind “policies” instead of taking accountability for misleading shipping claims. They refused to issue a refund even though the product could not be used for its intended purpose and I do not live at the delivery address. If you need a time-sensitive gift, beware: what they advertise as “1-day delivery” is not guaranteed and in reality may take days longer. Their lack of empathy and refusal to resolve the situation shows they care more about hiding behind fine print than helping their customers.

We’re very sorry to hear about your experience and that your gift didn’t arrive in time for such a special occasion. We completely understand how important it was for your order to arrive as promised, and we regret that our shipping process and communication left you feeling misled and unsupported. That’s not the experience we want for our customers. While delivery times can sometimes vary depending on the courier, we recognize that this doesn’t ease the frustration you went through. Your feedback is incredibly valuable, and we’re already reviewing how we communicate timelines so expectations are clearer and situations like this can be avoided. If you ever experience any issues with the items once they arrive—whether it’s with the condition of the products or anything else—please don’t hesitate to reach out. We want to ensure you feel taken care of from start to finish.

Terrible customer service. Marie Cris was rude and unhelpful. I have never felt like a more unvalued customer. Do not do business with them.

Do not use this company!! I paid for a basket to come with Whiskey, 6 bottles of coke, chips, brittle, chocolate, and two glass cups. Everything I got was completely different. I got wine, 2 bottles of sparkling water, all the snacks were different and a bag of munchies?? For 130 dollars!!! I could have made that basket myself and spent 30 dollars. Do not waste your money
