Don's Birthday Fruit Baske
Initially when I placed my order, I indicated I wanted to choose my delivery date. The interface did not give me the opportunity to add the date nor did it give me a chance to add a personal note. I reached out to Customer Service and Ann took care of adding this important information to my order. I had requested the deliver to be made on my brother's birthday, May 12th. Every time I checked the order it showed "Shipping" with no confirmation of delivery. I reached out the morning of May 12th to Customer Service and still could not confirm deliver. Finally on May 13th, I requested the order to be canceled since it was not delivered on my brother's birthday. After being notified it could not be canceled because it had "Shipped", my brother confirmed receipt late May 13th. I will add the basket of fruit was very beautiful and just what I hoped for. I do believe work is needed on your tracking system.
